In August 2010, Duane Doogan set up WrestlingVoice.net with the help of Luke Barry as an outlet to voice his opinions and ideas on the world of professional wrestling, after a short period of time, he began recruiting several other writers to contribute to the site before launching the official WrestlingVoice Podcast in October 2010, kicking off with an exclusive interview with WWE Superstar Chris Jericho.
Names such as “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Bret Hart, Mick Foley and many more were added to list of great stars that would appear on the WrestlingVoice Podcast, due to this success and the growing interest on the site, both Luke & Duane decided to launch Wrestling Voice Radio; a weekly wrestling talk show featuring special guest interviews and features which ran until 2012.
2014 sees the relaunch of Wrestling Voice Radio, with Seán Walsh joining the team as a show host, the new WVR will feature interviews, brand new feature shows and much more!
Duane & Luke would gain some popularity within the wrestling world in 2011 when they wrote & released the song ‘Just Take Care, Spike Your Hair (The Broski of the Week Song)’, known as the theme song to WWE Superstar Zack Ryder’s YouTube Show; Z! True Long Island Story.
